THE NUTRIENT TEAMS INTENDED GROUP STRUCTURE
FISH BONE DIAGRAM
A brainstorming process of actions that need to be done in which items are added in categories on each main ‘bone’. These were then roughly sorted into priorities and then scored from 1-40 on the basis of Urgency and Importance for the diagram below this.
PRIORITY PLAN - URGENCY VS IMPORTANCE
From the scored chart above items are placed on the chart such that the highest priorities are towards the upper right and the lowest priorities to the lower left. This then determines the major basis for the best sequence of actions in the flow chart below.
DEVELOPMENT SEQUENCE PLAN
The next planning step to be completed using the diagram above. It will lay out the step in a time sequence starting from the most URGENT/IMPORTANT steps above and will show linkages which indicate which actions must precede other actions and so on.
SWOT ANALYSIS
Finally a SWOT analysis will be performed looking at the Group’s internal Strength’s and Weaknesses plus a review of our external Opportunities (Realised and Not) and Threats (Realised and Not).
OUR TEAM APPROACH
I’m making the first cut on this, but I’ve already signalled to our Facebook group that I intend to form a small team of interested and knowledgeable members and run a second cut through it all. This will be a little tricky as we come from almost all time zones and from over 100 countries.
