THE RDA

Remember the RDA isn't designed to be your optimal dose or to achieve your optimal level. It's the minimum dose to prevent only the most basic diseases caused by its deficiency. ie. like Rickets for Vitamin D. In reality, we need more than that. BigPharma doesn't have optimal dosing or optimal levels. That reduces profits on medicines! They also reduced the potassium and magnesium RDAs significantly so now they are just BS designed to sell medicines which they believe is your real deficiency!
